Compensation Management SaaS company strengthens its leadership with appointment of VP of Technology and VP of Operations to continually drive strategic growth
Toronto, CANADA, February 7, 2023 – CompTrak, a growing SaaS company in the sphere of Compensation Management, is excited to announce the appointment of two new executives to its senior leadership team. Jason Judge joins as Vice President of Technology and Tiffany Crawford as Vice President of Operations. CompTrak has been recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies for a second consecutive year by Globe and Mail’s Business Report and the new leadership will facilitate the company’s rapidly expanding customer base and product portfolio.
Prior to joining CompTrak, Jason Judge led high-performance technical teams to deliver new business capabilities to market faster with security, quality, scalability, and resiliency. With a total of 20+ years in FinTech, HRTech, and MarTech industries and growing SaaS companies, Jason will oversee product architecture and core engineering, platform operations and corporate IT – tenets integral to the growth strategy and product development.
Tiffany Crawford joined CompTrak to lead strategic product deliveries as VP of Operations. She has been an integral part of CompTrak’s journey, previously serving as a Senior Consultant for Delivery and Implementations. Tiffany has also led multi-disciplinary teams as Vice President, Operations & Application Development at OnX Canada and as Head of Delivery Services, Canada at Arvato Systems. With her record of developing strong service-based business models resulting in recurring revenue, increased profit margins, and talent retention, Tiffany will lead the delivery team of CompTrak’s fast-growing client base, including implementation, project management, and product delivery.
