Lasse is co-founder and CEO at CompTrak. He is a senior executive with over thirty years of experience in driving strategic development and insights and building exceptional teams through a transformational leadership approach. He has previously held the roles of President, Integration Executive and Senior Vice President at Momentum Digital Solutions and OnX Enterprise Solutions respectively, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Toronto Finnish Credit Union and Suomi-Koti, Toronto. Lasse holds an MBA from Queen's University.
Perry Doody is co-founder and President at CompTrak. For over 18 years, Perry has brought organizational transformation to large organizations across the financial, healthcare, and retail sectors. Perry’s current client base and past employers include RBC Human Resources, RBC Capital Markets, RBC Wealth Management, Sephora, CIBC Wood Gundy, CT Securities, and McCain Foods. Perry holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is bronze certified in lean quality improvement.
Chris Jackson is the VP, Client Development at CompTrak. For over 15 years, Chris’s career has been rooted in interpreting and unleashing the power of digital across organizations. Always with a lens on growth strategies, he has held numerous leadership roles with mandates to drive global growth and to develop strong client partnerships that are founded on tangible value and accountable outcomes. Chris has worked with multi-national organizations such as American Express, Fiat Chrysler Automotive, BMO and JCrew.
Tiffany Crawford leads CompTrak as the VP of Operations. For over 20 years, Tiffany has led multi-disciplinary teams to develop strong service-based business models resulting in recurring revenue, increased profit margins and talent retention. Previously, she was the Senior Delivery & Implementation Consultant that positioned CompTrak for success in building and growing technical expertise and driving client satisfaction. She has also held positions as Vice President, Operations & Application Development at OnX Canada and as Delivery Head at Arvato Systems. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Carleton University.
Jason Judge is the VP of Technology at CompTrak. For over 20 years, Jason has led high-performance technical teams to deliver new business capabilities to market faster with security, quality, scalability, and resiliency. Jason leads CompTrak’s continuing strategic cloud direction and growth strategy. Before joining CompTrak, Jason led as CTO, VP of Software Development and Platform Operations in FinTech, HRTech and MarTech industries - always building highly scalable tech-first SaaS applications. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
