Bella Chow

Bella Chow is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in leading projects and people. In her current role, she leads client and employee enablement and is also responsible for driving improvement initiatives leading to transformational change. Throughout her career, Bella has built a reputation of delivering solutions that have influenced company culture and is renowned for her ability to implement structure that drive growth and efficiencies to maximize profits. Prior to joining CompTrak, Bella was Vice President, Professional Development for Global Markets at BMO Capital Markets and held various leadership positions for some of the Canada’s leading financial institutions. Bella is an Advisor and Chair Emeritus of the Board to hEr VOLUTION, a Toronto based non-profit, helping youth who identify as female or non-binary from underserved communities to access opportunities to explore a career in STEM-related fields. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program at York University.
