Perry is co-founder and Chief Product Officer of CompTrak. For over 18 years, Perry has brought organizational transformation across the financial, healthcare, and retail sectors - boasting clients such as Nutrien, RBC, CIBC, OMERS, Raymond James and Sephora.
Perry holds an MBA from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto with certification in lean quality improvement.

Rahim Bhayani is an expert in the design, implementation and communication of compensation plans for executives as well as broad-based employees. Mr. Bhayani focuses specifically on using technology and automation to enhance the ROI of the compensation function.
Previously, Rahim has served as the Global Head of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services for OMERS, Senior Director of Compensation, Global Mobility & HR Operations at Domtar, a Fortune 500 company and led global teams in the Wealth Management, Wholesale Banking and Insurance business units at TD Bank Group. Rahim also spent several years as a compensation consultant in the US with Deloitte & EY.
Throughout a 19 year career in Total Rewards, Rahim has worked on a variety of compensation design, executive compensation, salesforce compensation, M&A due diligence, post-transaction integration and other Total Rewards related projects with public and private companies, in North America as well as Europe and Latin America.
Rahim is a graduate of The College of Wooster in the US where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Rahim is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and has served as a speaker on various roundtable panels and conferences.
Mark Ghose is a multi-discipline financial services executive with 17 years of experience in compensation strategy, investment management and sales effectiveness across banking, insurance and pension industries. A leading management consultant in the Greater-Toronto-Area, Mr. Ghose is a hands-on problem solver specializing in all aspects of Total Rewards including sales force plan design, compensation operations including HRIS integration (e.g. Workday), New Product/Channel launches, sales forecasting and industry trends.
Prior to his strategic partnership with CompTrak, Mr. Ghose authored the business plan and budget for a new public sector asset manager managing $65B of public assets for tens of thousands of provincial employees. Previously, as Senior Director of Total Rewards for the Retail Banking and Wealth division of a Big 5 Canadian Bank, he led the rewards strategy and compensation operations for 26,000 employees and $500 million in annual operating costs. His accountability for compensation spanned several business units including Investment Advisors, Mortgage Consultants, Branch and Telephone banking. Mr. Ghose has also led Total Rewards for the entire Canadian Group Benefits and GRS business of a Global Insurance Company, establishing a cross-sell incentive strategy that revitalized that business. Previous industry roles include Performance Measurement, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Actuarial Pricing, Real Estate Finance and Asset-Backed Securitization.
With a collaborative work style and a passion for helping organizations improve productivity and align employee behaviours with their strategic vision, Mr. Ghose brings an end-to-end project management skill set including project planning, SteerCO, FP&A and stakeholder management.
Mr. Ghose holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University (Graduated with Distinction, Dean’s Award Full Scholarship) and a BSc from the University of Toronto (with Honours). An active investor and options trader, he has been an expert panelist and keynote speaker on the topic of ALM and Options Trading at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. In his spare time, Mr. Ghose is an avid SCUBA diver, local DJ and has volunteered or been on the Board of organizations such as the Oakville Chamber Orchestra, Kerr St. Mission, Good Shepherd Mission and 100 Guys Who Care Oakville.
